Were you expecting it NOT to be a typical RS film? 😆PS...Take everything these guys say with a pinch of salt. They are bound to praise whatever they've seen.

😆 I agree. I am also disappointed that nobody has mentioned Kajol having a different role. If she stood out people would've mentioned it. All they are talking about is that stupid SRK-Kajol chemistry which i don't give a tiny rat's ass about.
@xxKajolFeverxx she has challenged herself and the role demands her to do something she's never done before.
😆
But, still I think you should keep your expectations low :) It is Rohit Shetty after all.

As we all know, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol will rekindle their chemistry with their upcoming Rohit Shetty-directed Dilwale', which releases on December 18. The dynamic duo were paired together in the legendary, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' 20 years back and since then they have given one hit after the other.
And when Kajol was asked what was that one thing that hasn't changed in Shah Rukh, the actress replied, "There is a lot that hasn't changed about him at all. One thing that hasn't change about him is the fact he is more than 300 per cent present on the shoot. It is his energy that he spends on creativity, physically expressing himself and he takes absolutely no care of himself. He just doesn't give a shit about himself. That has not changed for all the years we have known each other."
Shah Rukh on his part, says, "Kajol and I are very good friends, we are like family having been working together for so many years now. Actually, we are quite opposite of each other, even our styles of acting is totally different. I have done theatre while she is a spontaneous actor. Except for our beautiful eyes, there is nothing common between us. We complement each other."
Shah Rukh continues, "What has not changed about her is that she is a very natural person, and I tell this to everybody, that if Kajol doesn't like something then that won't happen, and if she likes something then that will unquestionably turn more beautiful. That is the quality which children have...the rawness. She brings innocence in reality which I find outstanding and it helps me in having a co-actor like her. Every time I work with her I feel a little more refurbished and I want to go back to that innocence."
While Kajol was found listening intently to Shah Rukh but at the end of it she was left confused and wondering - "Was that a compliment...???" And she burst out laughing with that same innocence intact.

Every actor has a different style of preparing themselves before doing a scene.
Varun Dhawan, who is Shah Rukh Khan's co-star in the hugely anticipated Dilwale', reveals one of the secrets of how Shah Rukh prepares himself and gets into the mood before he starts shooting on a new location.
"Shah Rukh is definitely one of the hardest working actors in our country. When he comes on the sets - especially when it's shown as his home, he first kind of feels the place. He walks around at a relaxed pace, touches things on the sets, feels them. He then sits alone for five minutes and then eventually mixes with everybody on the sets," says Varun, who noticed this trait in Shah Rukh for the first time while he was assisting Karan Johar for 'My Name Is Khan' over five years back.
Varun continues, "When I asked him the reason for this, Shah Rukh told me that he wants to first feel the environment so that he feels comfortable while shooting on that spot. He doesn't want to feel like an alien to that place while doing the scene which is being shown as his home in the film."

Shah Rukh Khan and Rohit Shetty, who made the hugely successful, Chennai Express', were earlier supposed to collaborate on the remake of Gulzar's classic 1982 film, Angoor' about five years ago but the film was put on hold to focus on Chennai Express'. And so far 'Angoor' that was based on the Shakespeare's play, 'The Comedy of Errors' featuring Sanjeev Kumar and Deven Verma in double roles hasn't been heard of.
Rohit, who, after the release of 'Dilwale', will be getting busy with 'Ram Lakhan' for which he is collaborating with Karan Johar, says, "Shah Rukh and I want to make that film but it's not been happening. Every time we want to make 'Angoor' we come up with some thing else. We started work on 'Angoor' but then we made 'Chennai Express'. Then again we sat for it and we made Dilwale'. So now we are scared about it."
Also, Sajid Khan's 'Humshakals', which was influenced by 'Angoor' happened and that was another reason why Rohit didn't want to proceed with his remake. And Rohit further adds good humouredly, "But Shah Rukh tells me that, even if I give you Angoor you will make a water melon, you can't make a small film now'."
Said Shah Rukh, "We initially met for the 'Angoor' remake, but ended up making several other films in the process. Every film takes its own course and that film will happen with time."

So BollywoodLife recently got the exclusive chance to watch parts ofVarun's mega blockbuster release Dilwale and we couldn't help but rave about how good he's in the film. So here are the top 5 things that stood out about Varun after watching him in Dilwale.
Best looking role
If you thought he looked his best in Student of the Year or any other film, then you are mistaken. Cause Dilwale is easily his best looking role till date. It's not only his styling and the clothes he's wearing but there's a sense of confidence and coolness about him in the film that is is super attractive.
Mind blowing entry scene
We don't want to ruin the fun for you but Varun's entry scene in Dilwale is a MAJOR highlight of the film. It will literally have you on the edge of your seat. There will be whistles and loud cheer, the minute you see him in this kickass entry scene. Also he's never really looked THIS good! Trust us on that.
Chemistry with Kriti
This jodi is going to work like crazy. They might have a height difference but that hasn't stopped them from looking like a million bucks on the big screen. We saw not one but two songs with Varun and Kriti. The Bulgaria song is just incredible and has Varun do some really cool dance moves. Think Justin Bieber meets Chris Brown. His scenes with Kriti are also incredible and they both look SO good together!
Romance and comedy
Varun's best friend in the film is Varun Sharma who played Chucha in Fukrey and they both have some hilarious scenes together. Varun gets a chance to showcase not just his romantic side but also his amazing comic timing and sense of humor. We saw a scene with him and Johnny Lever which is going to make you roll in the aisles.
Shah Rukh and Kajol
Varun also shares some very important scenes with Shah Rukh and Kajol. Just being in the same frame as these two legends is a huge achievement and Varun has just done full justice to Rohit's trust in him. Dilwale is going to be a grand way for Varun to end the year with both Badlapur and ABCD 2 hitting the bulls eye and making money at the ticket windows in 2015.
