You know how when you see a car wreck,you want to avert your face but you stare at it nevertheless, your eyes straying to it every once in a while. This was NH10 for me. She comes onscreen,very bindaas entrance, you get used to her life, her job,you smirk at her romantic one liners to her husband, you begin to like her happy go lucky nature. And then that day comes which changes everything and makes her life topsy turvy.

There you are, enjoying the ride, that sense of peace that prevails before a storm, light convo between the newly weds, the greenery, their life ahead, everything is blissful. And then comes one wrong turn on the road, one error in judgement, one moment of letting his emotions take control and there you go on a rollercoaster ride when you see the couple who were just going away for a break, getting thrown into something they would never have even imagined.

Honor killing. Something that happens even today in certain rural areas of the North. Thrown headlong into it all for the want of 'giving a piece of his mind' and thus begins something one would never forget.

You cringe in horror at what just unfolds in front of you. Heart thumping in your chest as you look at the silent night and imagining what lies in store ahead for these two.. He is injured,she is terrified. They want to reverse time. Should have taken the other road, should have gone to Goa instead.. She goes for help and you can feel the fear she feels, you become the silent spectator to her struggles as she evades the goons scene after scene. You hold your breath, clutch your seat, lean forward all the while wondering how she would escape the confines of this nightmare which was all around her.

Then she knows what has happened. Her reason for existence snatched away from her in moments. There is a grim look on her face, jaw set and the light missing from her eyes. The rod is dragged, the only sound coming from its friction with the road. Justice is delivered in her eyes, the gaping wound in her soul getting slightly covered. You take a deep breath. She did what she had to do.

What a movie. Anushka was par excellence. She took the viewers from the beginning to the very end single handedly. Credit goes to the entire cast as well, each of them playing their roles to perfection.

Be warned that there is violence and plenty of it. But behind it is the thread of emotion. Beautifully done movie and every moment of it was very Realistic. Certainly a one time watch.

Anu was awesome, mind blowing, spectacular and what not
Loved how she kicked asses in the film
Overall it is a good thriller

On hindsight, why did Arjun didn't thought about his wife before getting into such thing that too a place like outskirt of Gurgaon ?? Could have been more believable...

Lifetime Business & Economics Of NH 10

'NH 10'' released with limited expectations as it had interesting promo and Anushka Sharma in lead but then had adult tag too. Still this film proved to be a plus at box office as it is set to cross 28-30 cr nett despite such a niche appeal and dark content.

Film collected very good 13.25 cr nett plus over weekend and then it went on to collect 20.62 cr nett in week one which was too good. Film will cross 25 cr nett over 2nd weekend and should collect 28 cr nett lifetime which is a terrific number. Film should have distributor share of 13 cr and overseas too film had good business of 5.50 cr with share of 2.50 cr.

Film has 15.50 cr worldwide share and it will maximum earn 6 cr more from other ancillary rights. Film has total income around of 21.50 cr and that against the total cost of 14 cr. Film has earned profit of 7.50 cr and that is a big profit of 55% plus over investment. This is another hit after ''Badlapur'' and ''Dum Laga Ke Haisha''.
