Sidharth: Alia & I don't know how our link-up rumour started

Sidharth Malhotra, who is being linked to Alia Bhatt, his co-star from his first film, wondered where the news is originating from.

"We don't know how it all started. Alia and I have been hanging out with each other way before. She is my first co-star and Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and I would spend lot of time together. It's not something that has happened suddenly," said Sidharth Malhotra.

The budding talent of Bollywood, who was named the emerging face of fashion recently at a Glamour and Style awards event, recently, said, "Coming from outside the industry, when you see the industry from outside the first thing that depresses you is glamor and style of stars, and today I am one of them. So it feels great." Defining style and glamor, Sidharth said, "It is your expression, your language, your individuality."

Further, when asked how he reacts to link-up rumors written about him, the actor said, "Whatever you read is not necessarily true. There is 50 per cent chance that the news is incorrect. The ones who have to believe, believe, the rest don't."
