Guess Who?
This director has been known for making quirky movies. One of his films won accolades and was also a profitable venture at the ticket counter. However, his second film neither received appreciation nor did it work at the ticket window.
But since everyone knew he was talented, he was roped in by this production house which is known for making out-of-the-box movies. All was well and both parties zeroed in on one of the director's subjects. Now the director wanted to make this film with talented actors but not with names that were really big. But the production house thought the film would not be viable if they didn't sign some big stars.
The director gave in, the production house used their clout in the industry, and soon the director had a few big names on board. But now there's a catch 22. When the director wanted to make the film with lesser known names, the production house thought they would not get a buyer. Now with big names, the budget has shot up and there is still no buyer! Due to the subject, there isn't a corporate house that is willing to invest any money in this venture despite the big cast. Let's see what happens.
