Aamir's brother Fasial (the guy from Mela) was diagnosed with schizophrenia. I'm not sure what the details were but Faisal refused to accept his problems and their father was supporting him. Aamir and the rest of the family wanted him to maintain custody of him so he could be properly medicated. In the end I think the court agreed with Aamir's argument. I don't know how they resolved it but they were all present as a united family when their father passed away.

Aamir has every right to express his view though we may or may not like it.
I personally feel the 'violent' comment from Aamir was unnecessary and the author could have attacked or disagree on that aspect. But here he brought unnecessary topics like aamir attending Oscar not filmfare is personal attack. Even a child knows filmfare has lost all its credibility and Oscar is ultimate movie award for most of the cinegoers on earth. So I find the post pathetic

For one, I don't know about others but I personally am disgusted with Aamir over his controversial illegitimate child.

Second, if Aamir has been part of those controversies and has hurt those people, then obviously the general public, including the forum members are going to talk about it. You can't expect people to shut their traps and remain silent on such issues. It happens with every celeb. So get over it.

And third, it's not about caring or not caring. It's about pointing out Aamir's hypocrisy. And to do that they have to bring up such topics. Comprende?

I watched PK, enjoyed it and defended it in controversy. I will most likely watch the next Aamir film too.

That doesn't change the fact that Aamir is a pretentious prick.
