You still didn't get the joke. It is not about the hole at all. It is about how dirty Ranveer is that he's carrying every venereal disease.

It depends on the person and the relationship they share with their parents. There is absolutely nothing wrong in being transparent and open about your sex life with your parents. For a gay person in a conservative society, a supportive parent can become a very close friend and confidante.

And at the end of the day, the position reference was made in total jest. It was a jab at his alleged homosexuality. There is no way we can say that he actually prefers that position. He could be the dom for all we know.

Maybe she understands the joke, but finds it unnecessary to bring ebola or AIDS and expects "how dirty Ranveer is" to be rephrased differently.

There are multiple ways of saying the same thing. A good comedian should challenge himself to come up with a better joke. They chose to stick to their joke, because it was the best they could come up with. Then she has the right to express her opinion and stick to her opinion.
