It's a 100 minute movie with 20 mins of sex and that's it...way less than the book. I just can't even...almost everything nowadays is being banned for sentimental reasons. Ppl just need to learn to ignore it if it's not in accordance with their views instead of throwing their beliefs onto others. Simple as that.

I guess they don't have free speech promoters over there. We could lend them some of ours if they want😆

I think it is important that the AFA has not filed any legal case nor is it seeking a ban. It isn't asking for apologies from EL James from writing the book or from the makers from making it.

They have a stance on the content of the movie. They are requesting theaters to not show the movie and they are asking viewers to spend their money otherwise.

how do they know what this movie is about? this shows their hypocrisy..

I have always said that these religious leaders are goons bullies and bunch of people who use religion to have things their way... I am pretty sure that behind close doors.. they have read fifty shades of gray..hell knowing how some of our muslim mullahs are.. they probably have that kind of relationship.. a bit more extreme maybe.. which includes beating up the wife ...
but nobody has to know about that.. or their secret.

Exactly. It's not like each n every indian stood against AIB and still people were trashing india and Indians and how free speech rights have been violated. Now when the same kinda argument is put by American conservatives where's the name calling and trashing their beliefs and country as a whole?
And those hypocrites want us to take them and their opinions seriously😆
