What a silly post!

First of all 100 crore is a recent phenomenon. Even HAHK and DDLJ are not 100 crore films! So are they less?


Inflation etc changed everything now. No senior of old times has 100cr film by today's standards. So?
Amitabh no longer gets work from YRF or Dharma or with Khans. So he doesn't even have 250 crore film like Uday Chopra had with D3. 😆
His time is over even as supporting actor. Too aged now.

Really what will he do 😆😆😆

What is the profit margin of these films based on all the production costs, including promotions pre and post production work?

LOL! Some peopel can be funny. When did I ever say that not having one makes him any less of an actor or superstar?

What is surprising?

100 crore club started 5 years ago. Since then he has been working in niche films, middle level banners and not with huge banners unlike the time he was during K3G or Mohabbatein. Hence no 100 crore film even as supporting actor.

So what?

No point in talking about whole decade since there was no 100 crore in times before 2008.
He only gets small banner work now. Not big banners or big co stars.

He is the biggest superstar of BW...Even in his sixties he has delivered hits like Sarkar and Paa and that too in lead roles... no 100 cr or 1000 cr hits r required as a measure of his superstardom...

I just saw on TV the other day that Sholey has made 1500 crores till date. That is more than all the 100 crore films combined. What say!! Moreover as the others mentioned the name AMITABH does not need any 100 crore criteria to certify him as successful. In his prime time, movies used to make silver jublies, golden jublies. Which meant the movie running in the same theatre successfully for 25 weeks, 50 weeks. These days if a movie can manage to stay for two weeks in a theatre it is considered an achievement. So there is no comparison. Pointless!!! Can you imagine SRK at 72 or Salman at 72 or even aamir for that matter as successful as Amitabh at this age?? We still wait for his movie to come out. Whenever his movie is on TV it is very unlikely that my family won't watch it. So, I don't think any comparisons can be made. 100 crore club or not does not matter. 😛
