I know overall that all award shows suck, plus there are sooo many, but still I am assuming that from allcthe shows that maybe 3-4 of them are the somewhat reputable

I know Filmfare is and Screen as well because they've been around the longest but I really have no idea about the other shows so please enlighten me

Filmfare was pretty good and reliable until 2010 when they gave srk best actor instead of salman khan.. That is when I realized it is all fixed.. Who ever shows up takes the award home..

I still think the role of chulbul pandey for the first dabang was the best acting of salmans career.. And the best acting of that year..

Padma awads, national award they are of another level but for bollywood Filmfare is most reputable its the oldest then its IIFA for holiday trip.

Lost faith in Filmfare when they gave best playback singer to Ayushman Khurana for Paani Da Rang over Sonu Nigam for Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin.

Lost faith in IIFA when they gave Ranbir and Deepika best jodi award for YJHD when the film had come out in 2013 and award show was for films in 2012.

Honestly, today these award shows are not about rewarding talent, but about putting on a entertaining TV show that tops ratings. Last year Life OK were using the award show to promote their channel and their shows; probably will do the same again.

Filmfare are pretty good, but they have made stupid decisions in the past. Like giving Hrithik Roshan an award for Dhoom 2 over Aamir Khan in Rang De Basanti and giving Rani an award for Hum Tum over Urmila's stellar performance in Bhoot.

If they too nominate Tabu in supporting category instead of best actress category, then they'll lose their credibility too
