What it comes down to is that PK is quite off-beat. Its a story of an alien coming to earth trying to understand human obsession with religion. Most stars wouldn't even read the script of something like this unless its by Raju Hirani, never mind turning it into the biggest grosser of all time.

KICK is the same old formula Salman film which entertains the masses with HIT music. He plays to the gallery. Aamir was the one who took a risky subject and turned it into an ATBB.
