That logic is faulty.

Because Dare_Lala replied to him by downing DP, and Mr. Kool replied by bringing Dare's favourite in. I am not saying what Mr. Kool did was right; but it's age-old argument tactic. "You're gonna insult my fave!? I will insult yours too!!!!!!"

That, however, does not take away Mr. Kool's initial intention to make a joke. When I opened the topic, I knew someone would make that joke - Saif's career being a sinking ship right now, and DP being "Lakshmi Mata", it was a joke that someone was bound to make sooner or later. 😆

Exactly...in real life too..people tell you hurtful things and when the person gets upset they are like I was joking calm down. It's human nature to hide under a joke. 😆

See you see it as a joke because your a Deepika fan. But Saif fans won't see it as a joke. Your logic is faulty too.

Who isn't taking a dig at Saif here!? His string of flops is a frequent topic of discussion here these days. Mr. Kool just made a simple joke, and people just stretched it out of proportion.

I'm a DP fan, yes, so I'll give a DP-related example. People take digs at her and call her "cleavage queen", "flat wall", "Lakshmi Mata" and when fans freak out, what do others say? That the fans are overreacting, being overemotional, oversensitive, blah blah. If everyone is going to expect DP fans to not get hyper about those digs, then maybe people shouldn't get hyper about digs at Saif or Bebo too then.

The same old saying applies here - Aap kare toh raas leela, main karoon toh character dheela. 😆

Whatever, I'm out of here. I already commented about Suspect X. And it's utterly silly how people are fighting over a silly joke.
