Sajid Nadiadwala to produce Magadheera remake with Shahid!!

Magadheera was silly. I watched it expecting a lot after a few people recommended it but I was sorely disappointed. Only liked the historical bits. They were great. The modern bits were really terrible, OTT acting and useless scenes. I hope the hindi remake is way better.

Ugh..Shahid. After Haider I had high expectations of the type of script he will choose. Prabhudeva and Maghadheera remake are not what I expect him to do.

He already has the dancing, gandibaat, tapori films. He needs solid acting scripts even if they are small to build on Haider. Not saying he should stop the dancing, masala movies, but I was expecting more choices like his father. Disappointed.

Not sure about PD being the director...it seems he denied doing the film!...Sajid did not confirm who the director is...

I hope this does not happen. Prabhu Deva will ruin the movie. This is one movie that shouldn't be remade anyways. The locations, graphics, and songs were great. Should just get Rajamouli to direct it if it's necessary.

Also, there were reports that Sajid would be remaking Telugu hit Magadheera' in Hindi with Shahid Kapoor as the lead. There is a good news for Sasha's fans, as the director has gone ahead to confirm the same. He revealed that the scripting will begin in April 2015 and the movie will most probably roll by the end of 2015. The original Magadheera' had Ram Charan Teja in double role with Kajal Aggarwal.
