When you have a lead actor who has been delivering back-to-back 100-crore films and an actress who has had a fabulous 2013, the film has super hit' written all over it. And complimenting this duo is a director whose last outing impressed with its box-office numbers.

Yes, the actor in question is Salman Khan. The buzz is that Khan will be seen alongside Deepika Padukone in Ali Abbas Zafar's next, titled 'Sultan'. The film will be produced by Yash Raj Films, whose protg Zafar will bring this producer-actor jodi back after the success of 'Ek Tha Tiger'.

But as per sources close to production house, Deepika Padukone has not shown any interest for the film. As we all know she recently turned down item number in next Salman starrer 'Kick' and now she seems to be opted out of this YRF film starring Salman.

We guess that she know where her loyalty lies!

Believe it or not, Deepika Padukone is too busy to be a part of the seventh instalment of Vin Diesel starrer Fast and Furious 7.

While Dippy fans were jumping in the air, giving each other high fives on news of the leggy lass being signed for the action thriller, the official news has broken hearts.

A leading English entertainment website has reported that Deepika was finalised for the role but her schedule was packed with former commitments.

The Fast and Furious 7 team wanted Deepika Padukone for a few days in September and October. Apparently ongoing shoots of Happy New Year and Ram Leela are keeping Dippy busy.

"Deepika was offered to be a part of the next Fast And Furious movie. She is a huge fan of the franchise and it's disappointing not to be able to do it. Unfortunately, the movie goes on the floors immediately and that left too short a time for her to shift her existing date commitments to the producers of Ram Leela, Happy New Year and Finding Fanny Fernandes," said her official spokesperson to the same daily.

On the brighter side, this is a step in the right direction. If Big Actresses start rejecting the Khans then maybe we can stop seeing 50 year olds trying to be 20 LOL

shuddhi cast is not finalised yet and they have jumped to YRF film...
it was stated that shuddhi cast will be finalised first than YRF cast...
all this films are 2015/2016...its still 2014...they still have time
whoever PR should calm down...its bringing deepika in a negative light
lastly srk has nothing to do with her decision...that man is very encouraging. ...he will never stop anyone for achieving their goals even if its with his rival...deepika does know that both KHANS respect each other and have express various time...though yes they are cordial with each other...neither salman will has a problem if deepika works with srk nor srk has a problem if deepika works with salman...but definitely the media has a problem since they need to create breaking news for their own profit

No Shimit's film script is not ready. Sultan is Ali Abbas Zafar's film he directed Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and Gunday for YRF.
