From the looks of it, Anushka Sharma may well be Sidharth Malhotra's leading lady in Excel Entertainment's next, which earlier had Aamir Khan in the lead. Apparently, producers, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, were looking for a fresh pair. Since they're working with Anushka in Dil Dhadakne Do, they thought the actress would be apt for the role. Interesting jodi, we say.

I had 3 options in mind-Kat,Bebo and Anushka 😆

But knew it would go to Anu as the another Dharma movie,she was supposed to do with Sid got shelved..so this one as compensation haha

Wish Bebo could be approached for Bhavesh Joshi but doesnt look like she is interested lol
