RDB catches junior Aamir Khan's attention

Aamir Khan must've been inundated with phone calls and congratulatory messages, now that RANG DE BASANTI has been officially chosen for Oscars. He informed a daily that he is very proud of the film and feels it deserves to be sent to an international platform. He said that his son Junaid is normally not very appreciative of his films but he liked RDB.

He added that it's been an extremely satisfying experience, more so because the film motivated the youth.

Ronnie Screwvala of UTV, director Rakeysh Mehra and Aamir intend to aggressively promote and publicize the film. Moreover UTV is planning a mainline release in America.
