PC for me.

7 Khoon Maaf - Probably her finest , along with Barfi. MK - took a bad film and made it watchable. She does seem to work hard on her craft.

Kangana's dialogue delivery is too shaky for me.

Fashion- Kangy had the better role. Powerful and the one you actually connect. PC had a more grey role who made questionable choices , hence less likable.

I love Kangana in neurotic roles, she always nails it. She's usually bad in light-hearted/comedic roles but she was outstanding in Queen. And I give her extra points for always experimenting with her look and pulling it off with so much ease. I pick her:)
