Agree or not, none of the girls have star power like the Khan, Roshan, Kapoor or Kumar

Katrina and Deepika stand out from the rest in terms of poplarity

All on the same level except Katrina. The movies centered around them fetch almost the same numbers at box office i.e. Between 30-40 cr.

As for Katrina we will have to see how well phantom fares since that movies is resting on her shoulders.

Same is the case with acting. No one is above the other. They all gave good n bad as well.

Other than Katrina..no one really has a sustained starpower. Kareena use to be more popular than Deepika now it's Deepika who is popular than bebo. PC is always in the middle. But bebo has sustained her popularity longer than Deepika. DP just got popular so hence ranking bebo above her.

Katrina has given huge hits with flop actors...MBKD, New York, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani (Ranbir was a flopstar in 2009. Even in Raajneeti - the star cast wasn't exactly bankable.

Every movie of her and Akshay was a success and you cant discount her in the success of those movies... because if movies only become a success because of Akshay then why do his non-Katrina movies flop so hard?

and remember what happened with Agneepath? The movie had no buzz but Chikni Chameli was released and practically saved the movie and upped the hype. I was in India when that song came out and I saw firsthand the rage of the song Some people went to theatre JUST for that song!

However, regardless - I feel the biggest test of Katrina's power will be Fitoor and Phantom! Especially Phantom because she is starring opposite the huge flop Saif Ali Khan. Itll be interesting to see where she stands after that.

I think New York is the best example of Katrina's starpower and a good storyline working in Bollywood. Neil Nitin Mukesh and John aren't exactly the most crowd pulling actors or have anything called star power, lets be honest.
