Salman Khan: None of the big guys wanted to work with me because of image
Sep 13, 2014, 03.56PM IST TNN[ Vijaya Tiwari ]Bollywood's reigning king Salman Khan has been ruling the box-office since last three years by giving back to back blockbusters.
The actor is in so much in demand that everyone wants to work with him. However, the actor confesses that he has faced a time when none of the big producers wanted to work with him because of his image.
"Most of the people who have badly behaved in the Bigg Boss house have not got work when they came outside. They have got smaller roles on TV which eventually fizzled out. Even I've faced it. Nobody wanted to work with me, earlier . There were only three-four people I was working with as none of the big guys wanted to touch me because of my image. If it took me 30 years to sort it out and for no reason. Who have I hit? It's just that I never speak to the press and they publish anything which I never bother to clarify. So if at my position I faced so much problem, these guys are bound to face it," explained Salman.
The Bollywood superstar also feels that as a host of the show it's his responsibility to take care of the contestants. "I feel as a host it's my responsibility to tell them... bhai itna bhi performance Bigg Boss ke ghar mein mat de ki bahar aakar frustrate ho jaaye," says Salman.
