Katrina Kaif too busy for Salman's function?

Though Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have long parted as lovers, they continue to remain good friends. Katrina is also a regular visitor at Salman's place during festivals and birthday parties. It was therefore surprising to not spot Ms Kaif at the Ganpati celebrations in the Khan household.

News is that Katrina was busy with work, and therefore gave it a miss. Katrina was apparently caught up shooting for a promotional number for Siddharth Raj Anand's 'Bang Bang'. As Kat had already got the shoot re-scheduled due to an illness, she had to go ahead with it this time, giving the Ganpati celebrations a skip.

Katrina however did attend Karan Johar's Ganpati celebrations with alleged boyfriend Ranbir in tow. The two were spotted arriving together in a car driven by Ranbir Kapoor.
