They should stop sending gossip journos to events 'cos they don't ask about work even when actors insist.

I understand..Its true journos overdo it but its also equally true that most of these actors use their personal life to stay relevant & promote their films..And then act annoyed when the media asks them questions about it..If not, Ranbir wont say ' I wanna be godfather to DP's kids' or ' I'l give up my life for Katrina'..Neither would DP go on & on about her heartbreak & how she made this relationship her world..And Ranveer wouldn't have given the lovaria interviews or gushed about DP either..When they want to promote their films, they use the media & their personal life..And when they want privacy, they expect the media to back off?😆 If these actors were that fiercely protective about their personal lives, they wouldn't ever give such statements 😆

Offcourse they don't want to "comment on their personal lives". Thats the new "we are just friends" of this decade. They make their personal lives obvious but don't comment on it because that keeps the PR team rolling, speculations going, articles publishing, and suspense continuing. A Private *not so private* personal life is the best way to stay the hot topic in the news.
Fame in Bollywood = 60% Personal Drama and/or continuous W*F Statements + 30% Contacts& The Crowd you associate with + 10% ACTUAL work.

I still adore Ranveer for his quirkiness, determination, and energy he has.

I think when someone becomes an actor people expect them to be perfect, well put together, politically correct, diplomatic, but in reality when they are that way find them quite fake, or putting up a front. We have to remember that Ranveer isn't a guy who has been trained to handle stardom from the beginning, and he hasn't seen it in his family either, so for him even after 3 and a half years he is learning. He's the guy that we should all most relate to, because he's a self-made man. Imagine if you woke up as a star tomorrow, how you would handle each situation? Uninhibited? Maybe, maybe not. Same goes for Ranveer, i think he is very spontaneous, and listens to his heart. So if he feels like sharing in the moment he will, if he doesn't he won't. All in all, I think his talent really needs to be noticed instead of his love life, but posts like these are fine, as they shine light on his amazing personality.

@Bold You just figured?😆 Its all a drama serial. Who cheated on who, who slept with who, who rejected a film, who doesn't see eye to eye, who is part of the "cool" squad, etc, etc, etc. These celebs are like immature high-school children. I'm not just talking about BW. Its the same in HW or as a matter of fact, every media.film industry.

But I can't deny that I enjoy it. Not the actor's interviews as par say BUT the comments and reactions of the fans, haters, defender, etc. LOL.

@Bold Ranveer is Sonam's first cousin. He attended and associated with the industry since he was young. Anil Kapoor is his "Mausa". So I think its unfair to say that he hasn't seen stardom in his family.

Coming to what actors say abut their personal lives and play the victim card about not having privacy. I honestly don't feel bad about an actors privacy and/or what they say/don't say in front of media. They take full advantage of their personal lifes display it some way or the other (either through PR activities, interviews, etc), to stay hot in the news and juice out every single bit of publicity from the situation. And how they handle themselves in front of media is their responsibility. They are GROWN mature individuals who make money in the crores. Everyone has a different way of getting it, but they are all strategic in terms of getting attention and taking their careers forward..

Yea, I agree that Ranveer likes attention. I still think he is spontaneous though, and not very strategic. Although, if he is being strategic, he is doing very well and convincing people that this is just who he is. Again, I can't assess how strategic he is being, ( But I agree that all stars do this in one way or another), but I think he cares less than other stars, and he is just doing his own thing. By family I meant immediate family. Usually when your father or mother is in the industry it becomes easier to be an actor, I think thats a given. I think everyone handles stardom differently, and agree that it is their very own responsibility how they handle it, but I think as outsiders its hard to tell what kind of pressures they are going through for promoting their films, careers, etc. It is a money making business, and actors are there to act, but also want to be compensated for their work, so I think this kind of stuff is just a part of every actor's life, especially in the beginning. I like Ranveer, as you can tell, but I'm sensible enough to understand that HE LOVES ATTENTION. For some reason though it doesn't make me like him any less, even if he is strategizing, something about the way he talks just mesmerizes me. ( Haha you said how you think its entertaining to see Fan's reactions!!!) Well here is mine! Enjoy!!!! 😊 BTW your insight is very practical and sheds light to the reality of Bollywood. Nice to know people like you are out there, who can see what is true and what is false!!!

Lol at all d outrage and defending going on here. Ranveer is an attention seeker and he loves to make outrageous gestures and comments. He projects himself as someone who doesn't follow societal protocol. Lol.
