If Alia looks younger than Shahid, it's because she is. She's about 10 years younger than him. I think Shahid looks great with the beard. It makes him look more mature.

I don't think it looks that bad,coz maybe I find him handsome in every look!But ya,he is sporting a beard for a long time now,so I think he should experiment with a clean shaven look now 😳
