Happy New Year, Shahrukh Khan's most awaited movie of the year, is all set to have its trailer released a day before the Indian Independence day and the cast and crew had so far managed to keep the key plot line of their movie a secret.

Well, not anymore. Three months ahead of the movie's release, some juicy and interesting facts about the movie's plot and King Khan's possible role in the film have been leaked online.

Below are some spoilers via Bollywood Boxoffice and it reveals much about the plot of the Farah Khan-directed movie.

1. Shahrukh will play the character Charlie, who is a fearless thief and a mastermind hacker. Unlike his soft on-screen personality, this movie will show him as a rough and tough person.

2. Khan, who is known for great music for his movies, is set to create bigger musical magic with Happy New Year by recruiting leading Indian singers, including Yo Yo Honey Singh, Mika Singh, Sonu Nigam and Arijit Singh.

The music album, directed by Vishal-Shekhar, is rumoured to deliver the best of the year and become a chart-buster.

3. The movie, which revolves around dance, will also feature one slow motion dance sequence and item numbers by none other than Deepika Padukone and Mallika AroraKhan. The movie is also said to have a 20-minute non-stop dance sequence.

4. Apart from the glossy dance numbers, the movie will also have some spectacular underwater sequence, specially shot by Italian cinematographer Franz Pagot.

5. King Khan, known for shooting his movies in exotic locations, has made every effort to make his upcoming movie look classy in each frame by filming at the majestic Atlantis and the Palm in Dubai.

The movie, touted to become a blockbuster, is creating quite a buzz among Khan's movie fans. However, SRK will face tough challenge from his arch-rival Salman Khan, who recently stunned the Indian box office by delivering a smash hit with his action thriller movie Kick.

Shahrukh's Happy New Year will be released on 23 October and stars Deepika Padukone and Abhishek Bachchan in key roles.

its in doubt Sonu Nigam will not be the part of film because music rights have been sold to T-Series they would have dubbed Sonu's song by someone else because of all that contract issue raised after amendment in music royalty rights in 2013 :( 😭

Sounds cool, but how is the plot revealed ? ainvayi, everyone knows what the film is about ..

From the poster it seems Abhishek is also made part of the theives gang this time unlike Dhoom sequels. The story will be the same as any other similar plots about the way they rob... Im just looking forward to the actions in the movie!

abhishekh should thank farah for casting him he isnt getting any hit work now as a solo actor might be survive in multi starrer film :p i think srk and abhishekh worked together in KANK too which was SRK's worse film hoping this time to be something good

I feel Abhishek only fits to play certain numbered characters, more like abit of a bold character. But in Dostana he was pretty good, might be their pairings were good. KANK havent watched tht movie.

I just hope they are doing all action and not comedy, i wont be able to digest more comedies coming frm SRK for the time being lol. Lets see the trailers and decide releasing soon now !
