Yuvvraj was the most soulful soundtrack of a Salman Khan film, but majority of Salman Khan fans like the Dhinka Chika type songs and cant appreciate other forms of music. That's why none of the songs of the film were a hit.

So yes, Rahman for Salman is a bad idea.

You are talking about a FILM's music which came n gone & no body noticed it... There was a time when Rahman was giving his best, even in films which didn't work like Dil Se. Basing your judgement on what? Soulful music doesn't mean it will come with only Rahman. Listen to Sau Dard hai, Mannata, Teri meri prem kahani... u will see the difference... just coz Salman fans dance on Dhinka Chika / Jumme ki raat in cinema halls doesn't mean they don't love Romantic tracks. Salman's 2 ATBB MPK / HAHK, both have Romantic tracks only, not dhinka chika. Those movies has made Salman huge, so if u wanna judge Salman fans music taste, u can see the variety.

I don't think AR Rehman will compose the whole Album. There will be one song by Honey Singh, One Song by Meet Bros Anjann, Maybe a song or 2 by AR Rehman.. or something like that. Most albums coming out nowadays have multi-composers.

just because movie was disastrous doesn't mean it was because of the music 😆. Salman was just not doing well in his career during that period.
