According to early estimates, Kick has collected 15.5 cr on the 7th day Thursday to take the 1st week total box office collection to 164 cr. The first week is the second highest in the all time list just behind Dhoom 3 (178 cr - Hindi only) and ahead of Chennai Express (145 cr 1st Week + 6.5 cr paid previews).

The collections are more significant because it had to compete with the pre Eid phase. The movie has managed also similar numbers in the weekdays compared to what it collected in the weekend i.e 83.8 cr weekend and 80.2 cr weekdays. Ironically the movie has seen its lowest collections of Monday when it collect 14.4 cr.

Kick has already beaten the extended first week box office collections of Ek Tha Tiger ( 9 days - 143 cr) in just 6 days in spite of having only 1 National Holiday that too on the fifth day. It remains to be seen how well the movie performs in the second week as that will decide whether the movie has any chance of touching the much elusive 250 cr mark or not.

On Thursday, Kick did good business in most parts of the country because of the good turnaround in the Muslim dominated areas. The film has seen drop in mass areas like CP-Berar, CI and Rajasthan by a margin of 30-40 % from Wednesday which was a partial basi Eid Holiday. Gujrat and Mumbai belt have been badly hit by a torrential rains. The film is extraordinary in the UP belt which had been average in the first four days due to pre Eid.
