Despite having Ramzaan 4 days from opening, Kick has scored Terrific.

Taran / Rest sites figure comparison Day / Wise:

BOI site resembling BO Lifetime figures, Verdict is self made of that site.

Here goes my review 😃

Kick is one movie which lived up to the expectations I had in my mind before deciding to go watch it..I thoroughly enjoyed watching the movie at the theater and thought it was worth the money I spent on the tickets lol..Went there seeking a complete family entertainer from Mr Salman Khan during the festive season and I wasnt disappointed in the least...Salman,Sajid and the entire Kick team delivered what they promised the audience through the awesome trailers and songs

The first half was good, though I liked the second half better...Salman's entry scene was well shot..the entire sequence looked amazing on the big screen and was worthy of all seetis..the love story b/w Devil and Shaina didnt have much of a build up but Salman-Jacky's chemistry made up for it.. their scenes came out looking cute and goofy...Hangover song looked splendid onscreen...the family scenes were boring...especially the ones b/w Salman-Mithun felt so dragged out...The scenes served no purpose and only helped in deducing the overall pace of the movie.

The second half promised more thrill and adventure though yes there were many plot holes..the action sequences were excellently executed...super stylish and sleek...yet not too unrealistic as in case of Dhoom3...Dialogues were undoubtedly one of the best thing about Kick...special kudos to the dialogue writer...I loved the dialogues delivered by Nawaz and Salman especially...they packed the right punch..spunky,quirky yes but not over the top...Nargis was wrong choice as the item girl...She looked hot as always but I didnt like her dancing in Yaar Na Mile at all...she was pretty stiff and didnt have much chemistry with Salman...the song is quiet catchy though...Jumme Ki Raat was the best song of the movie...Sal-Jack were sizzling and the set the screen on fire..Jacqueline was excellent in her solo dance sequence..Coming to the performances,Randeep Hooda did a good job as Inspector Himanshu ...he gave a restrained performance and made his presence felt even while playing one incompetent cop...Jacqueline looked elegant yet glamorous through out the movie...She shared great chemistry with Salman and they were super sexy in the song sequences...I dont think any other actress since Sonakshi has complemented Salman so well...Also this girl got the moves and how?...very graceful and energetic...Nawazudin was a surprise package...I knew he is one talented actor but never foresee him fitting soo perfectly into the skin of a bad boy role in a typical commercial BW flick...his maniac laugh kinda creeped me out every time lol...his sharp one-liners tinged with dry humour were awesome..his screen time was short but created huge impact.

But for me personally the show stealer was Salman Khan ⭐️.He looked a million bucks through out the movie...the best he has looked in a long time...especially the french bearded look was super hot..I couldnot take my eyes off him to notice others in many scenes during the second half...He was equally charismatic while playing both- the fun loving crazy Devi and then the dark, shrewd dare devil...he was goofy and funny in the first half...smart,stylish,sexy in the 2nd half...Salman as devil was pure awesomeness...super confident,uninhibited,flamboyant...He was so spontaneous that the larger than life character actually looked believable lol...Salman was clearly having fun for real enacting the scenes and it shows onscreen..Not even in one frame, his acting looked forced...I thought this was his best performance after Chulbul Pandey...He really looked like he got a big kick essaying his role lol...also is this man aging in reverse or what? lol

The visuals were stunning...the movie had great production values and its lavishly shot and that adds to the overall effect...The storyline was decent but the screenplay falters at many points...Some twists defy logic..Well if u are looking for a movie with intelligent plot and flawless execution, pls stay away from this one...But if u are looking forward to have a good time at theatres and enjoy unlimited entertainment in all its glory,go for Kick.It was a crazy, fun, thrilling ride and I loved the wholesome experience of watching a Salman Khan movie on the big screen after a long time 👍🏼

If Wanted would have released now & not in 2009, it would have been Bigger hit than what it was in that year... In a scene where Vinod Khanna reveal that his Son is alive & he is in IPS, whole hall was cheering so much, same was in Kick when Salman's Devil character is revealed & he walk through past Jackie & Randeep... Jalwa / Munni Badnaam / Dhinka Chika / Desi Beat / Jumme Ki raat... all 5 Chartbuster Songs had audience dancing with them in cinema hall... be it Single Screen or Multiplex... Salman's craziness everywhere.

Kick Thursday (7th Day) Collection Update for Morning Shows. Starts Well.
11

Kick is looking steady on Thursday (6th day) at box office as far as Morning shows are concerned. Film is holding pretty well and collections are more or less similar to Monday Morning numbers. At few places collections are higher and at few its lower. Overall Thursday and Monday occupancy for Morning shows is almost similar. Overall film has taken 30% opening in Morning shows which is ok considering film huge release size. Plus film is expected to pick up again in Evening and Night time.

What's good for Kick is that film has again started well in Single Screens specially in those centers which under-performed Pre-EID. There film is expected to do much more than what it did on Monday.

Kick has collected around 146-147 crore nett in first 6 days of business and first week collection is heading for huge numbers.

Occupancy Report of Kick for Thursday Morning Shows (Selected Cinemas) -

Delhi - 30-35%
Gurgaon - 20%+
Mumbai - 25%
Hyderabad - 30-35%
