Yip a class act indeed. Happy to see him smiling in the pics and he seems less awkward here.

Star, isn't it so endearing to see Fawad so witty and open? I feel like we've never seen him like this before except in parts.
He's getting rid of the shyness and it's good for his career.

Definitely! It is so endearing..I feel Sonam works for him because they're opposites. 😆 She just says anything and everything and makes him react on the spot..granted it leaves him speechless and surprised most of the times..😆..but, it's a good change to see.

Honestly speaking, the trailer was decent but nothing mindblowing. It kind of made me miss the old Fawad we're used to seeing onscreen because he really looks like someone else altogether here. Not to mention, his role seems kind of predictable...but, it was very nice to see him here with Sonam during the live chat. He not only opened up, but his dynamics with Sonam who's all over the place 😆...was really nice to see. It was also nice to see that he still presents himself the way he always has. There wasn't any pretense just because he's now doing a bollywood movie.

I look forward to their offscreen promotions more than the film in all honesty. The former will definitely be more entertaining and I look forward to seeing how Fawad handles Sonam up until Sept 19th. 😆

Indeed. The way Pakistani media and people are criticizing him for doing a Bollywood film is ridiculous. They should be legit proud of this man. The entire live stream was filled with questions only for Fawad, both from Indians who were talking about ZGH, and other people. Sonam had about two question in hundreds. His live chat was so pleasant to see. I cannot get over how classy he is in real life. No overenthusiam, no jumping around, proper, well-framed answers- lovely.

You are watching his offscreen interaction for the first time I guess, he is or rather was awkward but always has that sophisticated manners to conduct himself. I read the article saying he is not bothered by his critics. I felt the answer was really apt and he knows what he is speaking and doing. Thats biggest pkus for any sensible individual. He is not a showoff , he never was. So I am not surprised that ypu are impressed. He is impressive. 😆

Hoping for his sake, this movie works. I want to see him l8nger in the show business in any medium, any country, any language. Dont care about what peopke have to say.

I am, yes. 😆
I avoid offscreen interviews like plague because it always disrupts my liking for a celebrity onscreen. This was the first time I watched his offscreen interview. He is very impressive. As they say, good education always comes in handy. So humble as well. No air of superiority whatsoever.
I am so annoyed by the overenthusiastic, over-energized celebs offscreen, that this comes as a pleasant surprise.

The criticism isn't there because he's doing a bollywood movie..it's there because people expect MORE from Fawad the actor. I'm sure even you'd agree that Fawad can do so much better than a Khoobsurat. It's nothing which he hasn't done before as a performer.

Moreover, I've seen many Indians criticizing Fawad for taking up a bollywood film as well. So, singling out Pakistanis seems a little wrong here. I've read people saying he's better off doing shows in Pakistan because he won't be able to garner much success in bollywood...because Khoobsurat will tank.

Basically the criticism he has received goes beyond Fawad doling a Bollywood film. It has more to do with his credentials as an actor.

But Pakistan is his own country, not India. Indians not supporting him makes sense, because people here hardly support Pakistani actors. That goes deeper than surface. But yes, I see your point. TBH, I am extremely disappointed too and I want much better from him, but watching that live chat made me forget everything for a bit. I also don't think bollywood is something he should do right now, because he won't get proper projects. I think he just randomly went for the first good project he was offered, which was a bad decision. I don't think he or anyone foresaw his slowly rising popularity in India too. However, he is such a gentleman. Who wouldn't like him in real life?
😆 I need to stop fangirling.
