I don't think we can generalize. There are a talented and a not-so-talented lot in both the 'woods'. Telly and Bolly.

Some of them are a lot better at acting than BW actresses, while some are prettier. Some dance much better and some are a combination of all 3 or 2.

But overall I can only say that if these Tellwood actresses are given the same stylists, PR teams and most importantly, OPPORTUNITIES as the BW actresses they can surely do as well as them or even better. Heck, so many BW actresses can't act when they start out and some can't even speak the language. It is applauseworthy how much these TV actresses are able to achieve with limited resources and almost no backing.

Definitely...there are some really talented women on small screen...beautiful, expressive, and extremely hardworking...better human beings over all too!

Sadly, nepotism will always rule Bollywood.

Not all. Sriti Jha is an awesome actress, the best onscreen right now but I dunno if she can be BW material. I have seen Ankita cry most of the time in PR but she can act as well and seems BW material. 😳

Isnt srita that actress from the life ok show where she use to get beated and tortured by her husband And later her husband killed her whole family? Forgot the name of the show, but she was such a talented actress!!

Yep, it was Saubhagyavati Bhava and she was opposite Harshad Chopra 😳 And yes she was really good!

For me she is the act in actress and honestly the best actress on television today...She can give bollywood actresses a run for their money in the acting department...she's hella underrated!!!

Unfortunately, her new show doesnt give justice to her talent.
