Hrithik has Ash's problem IMO. The beauty obscures the talent. I really like the way he looks, how he dances and of course the body ☺️, but until Guzaarish honestly I did not consider him someone who can actually just act without the dancing and the fluff and just act well. He is very good in all the extras that it tends to obscure the basic talent which is acting and to be very honest again I am always very distracted by his looks that I find him hard to disappear into character. It is always Hrithik playing the character while in Ranbir's case I see the character.

Ranbir's greatest asset to me is he can disappear into a role. He is not bulky, not great looking and it is easier for him to just disappear into character. I don't see Ranbir, I see the character. That is also why Kajol is my most favorite actress. Her looks were never distracting and I always saw the character she played, never Kajol playing a character.

Can HR do a Barfi?

HR can do Barfi if he works hard I feel but Bunny? 😕.It seems like an easy character but u require great charisma,ease,sponatneity and comic timing to pull of such roles...HR is too good as intense sober characters but he is yet to portray a happy going lucky character flawlessly

No personally I dont find many similarities b/w Rohit and Bunny...Rohit was a cute,shy,regular boy next door guy with very simplistic approach to life...Raj was hot,aggressive,nonchalant,energetic and larger than life..Raj was flirtatious still not the street smart kind like Bunny...he had that classy and elegant vibe..Also I never felt Rohit or Raj was an overtly ambitious,confused,misunderstood,immature character like Bunny.

I like Hrithik as an actor and I dont find him inferior to Ranbir by any means...Just saying I dont connect to HR when he essays extrovert easy going characters with comic flare.

I think Ranbir is a better actor than Hrithik

Lol one is talking about his Rocket Singh performance. I have watched many actor go over broad trying to act like a typical Sardar. He did it prefectly

People are also forgetting WUS performance that won him the best Filmfare critic award.

people are missing Guzarish??? he portrayed entire expression with just his face...no body movements...I am sure Ranbir could have not done it even in his dreams...

But Hrithik didn't win an award for Guzarish and most people forgot about that movie
