Director Kabir Khan's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is a love story of a Hindu brahmin girl from Lucknow and a Muslim boy from Chandani Chowk where Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor will be seen playing Hindu girl and Muslim boy respectively. Now we heard that the role of bollywood Bebo is of a belle from the Nawabi city with an authentic wardrobe and an attitude to match.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Kareena who has already worked with Salman in Main Aur Mrs Khanna and Bodyguard, will be playing a Nawabi Brahmin girl from Lucknow who moves to Delhi's Chandni Chowk.

A source close to the production reports, "In Delhi she meets Salman's Bajrangi and initially there is a conflict of ideologies.The film touches on contemporary political issues and has a girl child in a prominent role. Her presence is crucial to the plot."

Kareena will sport cotton churidar-kurtas in vibrant shades of red, yellow and orange. Her character has a penchant for bright hues and there are traditional sarees too. The costumes has been designed by Manish Malhotra.

"She wears minimal accessories and her hair is usually pulled back in a bun. It's a desi look but it is different from the ethnic looks she has sported in films like Jab We Met, Bodyguard, Gori Tere Pyaar Mein and Singham Returns. This is more authentic," the source added.

Also starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bajrangi Bhaijaan hits the screens in Eid 2015.
