I really don't think Aishwarya has had surgery - just because the woman looks flawless at the age of 39 - she's taken good care of herself.
It's interesting how without making a film in 4+ years Ash is still talked about as if she is still working. She's on a hiatus guys! But I think it goes to show her increible star power.
