There are some very 'obvious' link-ups in Bollywood such as those between hot stars (Ranbir-Katrina, Deepika-Ranveer) or those between co-stars that spring up during the course of movie making. True or not, these are understandable to us, the Bollywood followers. However, many a time there are also link ups which take us by complete surprise.
The link-up between Malaika Arora Khan and Arjun Kapoor is one that belongs in the second category. Arjun, who dated Salman Khan's younger sister for Arpita Khan some years back, was also later linked to Salman's sis-in-law, Malaika Arora Khan. Arjun brushed off these rumours in an interview a couple of years back saying "Salman would have killed me" if this rumour was true.
In a recent interview with Savvy, Malaika also touched on this topic. When asked about Arjun the yummy mummy said, "Nothing really went through my head because I don't really give these issues too much importance in my life. Clearly because you can't sit and justify or give a reason every now and then, because it's a waste of time. It's a figment of people's imagination for whatever it's worth. I never gave a justification and I don't really wish to do the same now."
She added, "That's how I've been and will always be."
When asked how hubby Arbaaz dealt with it, she said, "He dealt with it pretty well. He said what he had to say and I didn't feel the need to say anything more."
