When I saw Haider's amazing trailer (I thought it was very mediocre at first but after seeing it thrice now, I love it !😃),...I realized how much I missed seeing Tabu onscreen. 😭

A wayyy tooo underrated actress, but extremely talented.⭐️

She looked amazing in the trailer and so did Shahid.😳

I genuinely hope she will make a strong comeback in this industry.😃

Well, Haider won't strike big in BO for certain. And in Bollywood, people only care if the movie is a hit. I am a little worried about critical acclaim too because Vishal's Matru was so effin' horrible.

I do hope Tabu finally strikes gold and receives both critical acclaim and BO success. One of the finest female actors in India. About time she got some proper recognition.

Yes ..bcoz she will win awards , box office wise movie hit or flop won't effect tabu.

what is this comeback you are talking about? She will never play lead again. She will do some roles like she did in Jai Ho. Thats not a comeback. Getting to play lead's sister has no value in bollywood.

Haider can even be the best movie of the year, but it won't do too good in box-office. Hit or above average at the best. Shahid can receive a lot of praises and it might give a boost to his career.

Tabu already has critical acclaim, she does not need to prove anything. Will it help her ? Yes, but not much. IMO Haider is Shahid and he will be the one to overshadow everyone and get the most critical acclaim. It will be career defining role like Saif's in Omkara was.

Omkara had solid performances by Ajay, Bebo, Vivek but not many remember their characters names, but many remember Langda Tyagi after all these years and it is because of Saif. So too Haider is Shahid, Shahid, Shahid IMO.

I agree.

And I dont think she is much bothered about making a comeback as lead either, atleast not in dancing around tree kind of roles, I dont remember when she last did such a movie actually.

She knows where are strengths now and she is using it. And she gets roles she can fit, like Life of PI. even though it was a 10 min role, yet it got her enough exposure.
