MNIK was an awful, awful film and Kajol was loud, OTT and overacted in the movie.

Guzaarish was a wonderful film and Aishwarya was subtle, understated and portrayed a multi layered character with aplomb. Her performance was the peaks of awesomeness here.

But it's an unfair comparison because people tend to do bad in bad films and well in good films.

I think they both sucked.

Didn't finish either film, both were barf served on a platter.

Well, Guzaarish was way better movie than MNIK. I think it was better than SLB's Devdas and Ram Leela combined.

MNIK was so awful cringe worthy movie but how could you say both sucked? Kajol was good as Mandira but Aishwarya was great as Sofia. 😛

The movie is so bad anyway. Hard to believe Kjo gets so much respect in the industry after this disaster.

Good idea, awful execution. The KJO of KKHH could have made MNIK a million times better, now KJO seems to have lost his heart and all commercial barf. SOTY and how he directed them is the latest example.

In my humble opinion... 😛 2010 was a great year for female performances.

I feel that Kajol in My Name Is Khan was excellent/top class, but would rate Aishwarya in Guzaarish higher.

However I think the best performance of the year was Kajol in We Are Family - she was fricking flawless. And I know that's not a popular opinion.

Asperger's is on the autism spectrum. It is considered special needs in the US and eligible for Early Intervention and other help. I don't know about disability, but advocates prefer calling it difference more than disability.

That's why I said it isn't Autism per se. It is on Autism spectrum, but people with Aspergers do not have cognitive or language deficits like Autistic kids. That's why SRK was shown to be lacking only the social skills, while intellectually he was smart.
