He didn't ruin her career. He did make her go throught a rough phase. Well you know what, Raveena bounced back and won a national award in 2002, So she did reclaim her spot!

You can see the pain in her eyes in this interview, but I love her spirit. What a strong woman. And she clearly is having the last laugh because Akshay DID cheat on Twinkle with Priyanka! So I am happy for Raveena ( who still looks like a million bucks btw)

BTW< is It just me or were interviews back then much more intriguing and interesting? So thought-provking, emotional yet interesting...unlike today where interviews are stale and all about whose sticking their tongue down whoses throat, with silly things like rapid fire rounds and blah blah. Any chance on Simi bringing back this show?

I do not believe in the "once a cheater, always a cheater". There are so many examples even in real life where men/women have their share of fun when they are single.. and eventually get married and settle down.

Akshay was a very sought after actor , extremely good looking , HOT & one of the top stars!!! He had all the women throwing themselves at him & he happily took advantage of it all. 😆

Raveena was absolutely devastated after Akki dumped her mercilessly! She lost out on plum movie projects, a few endorsements that were to be signed by the 2, she was poised to be one of the best actresses around but sadly, she went into a shell after Akshay. There is something about Akki jee though, he makes women go CRAZY over him, chests on them multiple times & yet, today Shilpa & Raveena acknowledge him in public & giggle like school girls around him. 😆

Shilpa was another one who was burnt by Akki's extracurricular activities! There was a very touching interview of hers in Star Dust years ago where she was pleading with the journalist to stay back because she was so lonely... The cynic in me also believes that a lot of this was for publicity, but much of it had to be true too.

Akki lucked out COMPLETELY when he married Twinkle!!! She's one of the more sorted star wives!!! She's beautiful, smart (shocking 😆) is independent with a very successful career of her own!!! She's often credited with TOTALLY transforming. Akshay post marriage.

But.. But..

He does cheat on Twinkle & a lot! 😆

Insiders say he has a taste for white flesh SK everyone from the foreign background dancers, to extras to any other foreigner is game for Akshay.

Katrina, Asin, PC of course, Bipasha, and Sonakshi have been his starry conquests.

Its also reported that he has suites in a few 5 stars across Bombay where he brings these women to spend time with them.

Also, Vindoo Dara Singh's wife who is a Russian, was said to be involved with Akshay since a very long time.

Twinkle, prefers her Millionaire-Billionaire clients or men she meets through her work.

It's just Raveena was a mediocre-bad actress and never succeeded in the industry as the Number-1 heroine! Back then Madhuri, Juhi, Kajol, Karisma, Divya later Rani, Aishwarya were ruling and Raveena had NO chance to survive due to her average performance, lack of stardom and no BO pull.

Raveena is just another attention seeker, tried to gain emotional support from the viewers with her sob story.
