Siddharth Malhotra is a diamond, says Salman Khan
When you have featured in only three films till date and all three have been successful a little celebration is called for. That's what Sidharth Malhotra did on Saturday night when he decided to throw an impromptu bash to celebrate the success of his last release Ek Villain.
While it is normal for your close friends and the film's cast and crew to be invited for a film's success bash, what took everyone by surprise was the presence of Salman Khan at Sidharth's home in Bandra. In fact the superstar arrived with his Kick co-star Jacqueline Fernandez and stayed there for a while.
Onlookers present at the party observed that Salman spent a lot of time chatting with the three-film-old actor. Most people present on the occasion were surprised to see Salman and Sidharth chat nineteen to the dozen. They have not acted together in any film nor is there any project in the pipeline. The only commonality between the senior and the junior actor is that they are both handled by the same celebrity management company.
A little digging revealed that Sidharth had called and congratulated Salman after watching Jai Ho in January this year and had told him how much he had liked his work in the film. Later while exiting the party it was Salman's turn to shower praises on the young actor. At 4 am Salman was heard telling a TV channel, "Yeh hira hai, pata nahin kahan chupa tha. Earlier he may not got enough credit for his work but with Ek Villain he is going to shine and will get more noticed."
