Sallu is close to many of his exs. I don't see any reason to bash their bfs due to that. Union issues in India are very complicated and maybe Bhai has enough connections to deal with such people. RK himself is close to his exs like Nandita which Kat has no issues about. He and Imran also had meetings to produce a film together though RK has dated Avantika. Many see past relationships in positive light and stay on as friends.
