Alia Bhatt is doubling up as a singer again for her forthcoming film Humpty Sharma KiDulhania.

Previously, the actress had received appreciation for her singing skills in SoohaSaha from Highway.

After hearing her croon Samjhawan during the film's promotion, the makers decided to record the track with her. The new version, called Samjhawan Unplugged, will be released online this weekend.

Though she refused to sing Galliyan unplugged when reporters asked her to sing during EV premiere stating the reason she cant do justice to the song and Shradha's voice is far more beautiful 😆😆

Sort of like: if you can sing a popular song, why can't I? Why should Aloo stay behind? 😛
Now only Pari is left to sing a popular song, then I will compare their voices. 😳

I'm looking forward to it! Honestly Alia is a better singer if compared to Shraddha, who happens to be very shaky and out of breath when she sings galiyaan live. It sounds better with auto tune.

The original by Rahat is best the Humpy movie Made pickle out of the song with Arjit's version more to be done by Alia.

True!! They destroyed my fav track of Rahat Sir.. Couldn't listen to it in Arjit's voice though he is a fine singer himself.. just felt that the song has lost its soul without Rahat Sir's voice!!
