We bring before you the exclusive news that Disney-UTV is toying to release the first theatrical trailer of Shahid Kapoor's Haider with Salman Khan's Kick.

Haider is scheduled to release on 2nd October 2014 alongside Hrithik Roshan's Bang Bang. The makers of Bang Bang - Fox have already released an announcement and logo teaser and the full blow theatrical trailer is expected in July end or August first week. They might even come up with a teaser earlier that that.

In the midst of all this, the makers of Shahid Kapoor - Shraddha Kapoor's Haider - UTV might not have made big announcement but they have gone ahead and started a far more herculean task. The makers are extremely confident of the work and that is why they have already started booking screens in advance and have signed agreement papers with various exhibitors.

The final decision regarding the trailer will however be decided by UTV and Sajid Nadiadwala as it would entirely depend on the length/running time of Salman Khan's Kick. We believe releasing the trailer with Salman Khan's Kick will be a jackpot idea since it will give the movie the much needed exposure to a large section audience since it is competing with a full blown action entertainer Bang Bang on 2nd October. Currently this is what UTV has planned and any further update on this will be duly informed and update for all the Shahid Kapoor fans.

bang bang will not get the kind of release they want...haider is a UTV movie nd they know how to deal with this kind of situation

So UTV's already getting screens for Haider...it will be fun to see a smaller film go up against a bigger one. 😆

i know. 99.9% horrendous movies are doing well at box office. thats the current trend. but i am not talking about boxoffice. i want a quality movie from vishaal and shahid .

i am equally excited about this one. I don't think its going to do that bad even if its pitted against bang bang, given Vishal Bharadwaj and Siddharth Anand's reputation respectively.
