No star can last for 15 years bearing few like Hema Malini...

Just look at Kareena, after 12 years in showbiz she is literally out! Even though Alia has huge potential and she will definitely be at top of game in coming years but it will be hard for her to stay at that position for so long.

Each actress indeed has very short shelf life in Bollywood, and I think so will Alia do.

Its not about the quantity but quality..normally poor quality leads to more quantity

If we talk about actresses who survived this long includes bebo pc kat..but look at the totality..their start wasnt impressive..it took bebo n pc 5 to 7 years to gain that amount of stardom..they also have numerous flops before that. If a JWM happened in 2004 instead her peak would have happened before and naturally after a peak its downfall..so in a way her struggling phase helped her last longer

Alia unfortunately has not seen a struggling phase like these ..she gained instant success..sometimes a lack of struggling phase can lead to shorter career..same might happen with her (i hope not) but she would score on the quality part!

Honestly, I feel like there's no way of knowing. She could end up being in the industry for a long time either as a top actress or as a not-so-big actress. It really just depends on the types of movies she does and the way she is received.

Look at Deepika. I don't think anyone guessed that she would be as big as she is now after her first five initial films. In fact, before Cocktail, she wasn't really going up at all. It was only after Cocktail and her subsequent films that she became as big as she has.

If Alia can pull of the same thing, who knows.
