I found her terrible in SOTY, terrific in Highway. So based on that I think she is more of a director's actress and needs a strong script to showcase her ability. She is not a natural actress like a Kajol, but she could become a method actress. The qualities I like in her are she is stung by criticism and wants to prove she deserves what she is given, does not take it for granted like a birthright because of who she is, she wants to take risks and works hard. She is not bothered about image, more about acting. All extremely good qualities for a solid career. She also has age on her side.

As for the question will she be around in 15 years depends on her choice of movies and the kind of fanbase she will have. The closest actress who comes to my mind who made a debut at around age 18 is Kajol. She has been in and out, had periods of inactivity but her active career is around 15 years give or take a year I think. She is close to 40, but even today she is one people want to see on screen. Ash has an active career of around 13 years ? and still people want to see her back. Sri made her debut as a child and 13 or 14 as an 'adult'. She came back after 15 years with a bang. These are people who took breaks. They may not be mega successful now, but people want them still. So yeah, the kind of films she does now will decide if people want her in 15 years.
