A Script Idea That I Would Like to See as a movie!

I posted a similar thread in the JDJ forum obviously relating it to dance.

Recently I just lost two Masis (mom's sisters) to cancer. Both masis were extremely close to me and it was just so hard losing not 1 but 2 in a span of 5 months. Cancer is a really nasty thing and I really pray and wish that a cure for every type of cancer comes about soon so that millions of lives can be saved rather than lost.

I know we've seen a lot of movies depicting cancer and cancer survivors. But I'd really like to see one where the pillar of strength lies within the character that has cancer and how that character shows immense strength to his/her entire family. He/she fights through every obstacle to survive. Obviously the story should have some sort of twist to it, but I'm still thinking about that. But the central theme would be how the person with cancer lives life to the fullest showing strength all throughout (not the way KHNH was portrayed, but differently). The fact that this person has cancer should be hidden until something triggers a relative to find out. I would love to see a character playing a research doctor that finds a cure for the cancer. That's the aspect that will make this movie somewhat different. Then it's up to the doctor whether to experiment to see if this cure works. I'm still trying to play this all in my head, but I would love another motivational movie for those fighting cancer. It would be close to my heart.

As characters I would like some of the older generation actors/actresses to play the leads. Obviously this is NOT likely to happen, but just an idea I felt like sharing.

Any suggestions from any of you on how this could all play out? I might even consider writing a fan fic if nothing better. 😊

Aww sorry to hear that, may god give you and your family enough strength to deal with this loss. May your aunts souls rest in peace. Be strong. 😊

Secondly amazing idea, I would love to see a movie on this concept being made, cancer is a horrible disease but it would be good to see something like this. It would be quite interesting

There's a film called Matrudevobhava (Telugu) on similar lines. Great movie. They could totally remake it.

It's been very hard and continues to be, but thanks for the positive words.

Yes def would be interesting if executed well and if the actors/actresses are well suited for the script.

Oh my gosh, CPR 🤗 I'm so sorry to hear that! Cancer is indeed not the most nicest things to happen to someone, I know the feeling :( hope both of them are in a better place in heaven. Ameen. Stay strong :)

And yeah it is a good idea, when my Bua died of blood cancer back in the 70's whom I never got to meet (maybe one day in heaven) there wasn't no cure but if you had a script portraying that it would be really good because everything has become advanced and there are cures, new cures being experimented.

Thank you for your kind words. And the same words apply to you too! 🤗

I pray to God that there is a cure one day for every type of cancer and I would love seeing a movie portraying just that.

Thanks for your kind words. Sure, maybe. But I don't think I've seen one based on the concept I have said above. If there already has been one, then please direct me to such a movie.
