In many threads people are always nostalgic for Sridevi, Madhuri, Kajol, Ash, Lolo, Rani. They discuss their movies, songs, if they are overrated or underrated, want them to come back. But few if ever mention Preity's name or that they miss her.

I could not remember a single movie name of hers, I was just meh about her. She did not inspire strong opinions one way or the other in people IMO. Thoughts ?

I loved preity, she was my fav during khnh time. And she's one of my fav now as well. I miss her a lot and want her to come back.

Loved her in khnh, veer Zara, kya Kehna, hdjpk, soldier. Even she was good in SN but that movie sucked but she was a good actress

People got tired of her dimple-flashing bubbliness, she didn't have much more to offer. And she made the same mistake as Rani, overdid Yashraj and Dharma movies after becoming a top actress.

Well... Noo. I want her comeback...she's one of the most wonderful actresses, and will be great onscreen. The movies I'd seen of hers, she's impeccable in those roles... Naina, or Zaara or in salam namaste...she was perfect. But probably the only thing which happened is that actresses can't work for two decades here as a lead actress, they do have less time than actors. About other's comeback...nothing happens. Madhuri came back with aaja nach le...kya hua?

To be very honest, I am not a Preity fan. Never really enjoyed her acting the way I enjoyed Madhuri, Juhi, Rani, Karisma in their prime times. Though Preity has done some really good acting in certain movies. I always thought she was good in the movies with the Salman-Rani-Preity triangle. Just recently watched CCC and thought she was outstanding. But on an overall basis she always has come across as average to me.

Rani is no great either, sometimes shes good but sometimes she hams. Anyways these two are irrelevant now.

I do miss her, and I wish to see her come back... Though she carried Bubbly persona and over did with Dharama and Yashraj Movies, she did experiment with her roles. Just like Vidya, she did experiment and in some very few jusut has to do there roles

I loved her in Kya Kehna, Sangarsh, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Koi Mil Gaya, Dil Chatha Hai, Salam Namaste, Lakshya, Chori Chori Chupke Chupke. I am not found of her in Veer-Zaara as the story dont appeal to me at all, as its only one side of ckt they highlight more and sum up just zaara in lines, I liked her for her versatality in her ckts and roles. who cares what she does in her personal life, she comes across strong and must have done wrong too, I am not there to judge her as even i do mistakes and all.

as much as i want her come back, i am not sure if i will enjoy, as she ruined her face and the expressions once which made me fall for her are lost, she was avg with her Ishak in Paris, well still i do miss her...and I do like her strong persona
