lol...yes amit is going to tv, but he already was on tv doing who wants to be a mill. it gets more interesting now, if big bollywood stars are doing tv shows,then why can't tv stars come to bollywood.

Prachi should disappear from all screens...something (actually everything) of her is very irritating!!

I hate how unsupportive people are of non-star kids. Prachi's not the best actress out there but she sure isn't the worst either.

@Bri: Karan Patel is a BW reject already. So no worries! The experience did him a world of good.

I also liked Prachi in that song ..she was not that bad ...Star kids can get away with anything ..these girls can not ..

IMO..prachi is a sweet looking girl,who is not suitable for doing item songs...having said that I too agree why these tv actors are showing interest to migrate to bollywood 😕.in popularity wise tv medium is no less than bollywood...and some of these tv stars get paid equally good amount..not everyone get crores though,but they get good pay checks and other perks like bollywood people get...so these tv stars should concentrate on what they r doing on tv instead of eyeing on bollywood...😛

I am all for TV stars in movies but they unfortunately have a built image that they find hard to shed. Prachi was good in Rock On. She is not made for item songs as she is neither a good dancer or sexy.

i can'y say about prachi but dear u are confuse here prachi is not all tv actors my personal think that tv actors are way better than this new star kids...

In TV, if your show is successful, it won't shut down before completing at least 4-5 years. Actors earn well in this duration, but they also get bored by the monotony of playing the same role for so long, if u r doing a daily soap it is difficult to take anything else outside it.
Also once your show ends, u won't get a second show immediately after cos the character sticks to you. So u hv to wait .

Add to that the other things actors face: generation leaps, playing out unconvincing storylines etc.

And let's face it- however much we say that tv is not small etc etc, it is known to everyone that tv actors are looked down upon and don't het the level of respect they deserve. Films mean more money, better scripts, more chance to experiment., it is natural for all actors to think of taking a chance at one time.
