Similarities

1) 80-90s era

2) Great actors

3) Wonderful movies in their bag

4) Continue to perform

5) Given us Ranbir K and fashion aai-kon respectively.😆

Differences

1) Fit and fat

2) Different genre. Rishi K has done all sorts of role I think, comedy, romantic, grey shades.

Hmm maybe Bulandi was Anil K's grey shade.Not really. IDK, you decide.

3) Temper, 😡 and😃

Lets talk retro today IF vaasis. Who is better, who had more cinema goers etc?

I love Jhakaas Kapoor too but I really enjoy Rishi on screen.

He is more versatile.

I liked both when they started.

I still watch the romantic movies of Rishi made during late 70s to early 80s. Anil has a few good movies when he started (Like Woh 7 Din, Chameli ki Shaadi, Mohabbat, Sahib).

Then both started doing crappy movies. Though Anil had a successful career, I don't like those hit movies of his.

As character actor... Rishi is the better... no best among all the buddhay heroes who are doing supporting roles these days.

Rishi is 70s. Not 80s.

In terms of looks and filmography I prefer Rishi.

In terms of acting/versatility, longevity, filmmaker it is Anil.

Among offsprings, Rishi Kapoor clear cut leads! No comparison.

Rishi of Karz, Om shanti om song,Sagar era was better and Anil of Ram Lakhan era was the best. I prefer AnilK to RishiK though!

Rishi is better actor.. Specially In recent years.. He has played some amazing charactors.. I really enjoyed rauf lala

I think Rishi proved his versatility only after he started doing character roles..He was typecast as a candyfloss hero in his prime..Reason why he got so offended by Nawaz's statement😆 Anil Kapoor on the other hand did some really good films when he started out..He was fabulous in Woh Saath Din😆 And then he started playing second fiddle to Sri and Madhuri 😆 Post that era, he started doing good roles again..I like his performance in Pukar and Virasat..

Anil was versatile from day one. Unlike Rishi who sleepwalked through most films as a cherub faced lover boy! Grey shade roles of Anil include stuff like Benaam baadshah, Awaargi.

Rishi was sidekick most of his career whereas Anil had become so big that he was said to be the closest successor to Amitabh's throne.

Anil's voice modulation is amazing. Unlike Rishi who sounds the same even today, even while doing negative roles. Anil was star of classes and masses. Rishi was limited to specific classes and teeny boppers.
