I'm sure it had nothing to do with the incident. There's no way he wouldn't be there if he's indeed required to. Maybe he wasn't required hence the stunt double. He's in Ahmedabad only for one reason and that's to film whatever is left so of course he'll be there at the shoot if he's needed. Maybe he was late considering everyone knows how punctual Shahrukh is known to be! :P
