Wht works in MD's favor : HR's movie release after 2 years,music is comparatively good,the title of the movie(many might be curious abt it)...no movie is made on Indus valley civilization in BW or HW till date...it's visual spectacle as per some reports(if they r credible)...

I'm expecting 15-16 crs min opening...if it shows good jump then expect it to make 80crs max in the extended weekend ...if the WOM is good,the movie is entertaining then can look for 100cr in the 1st week and lifetime collections of 140-150crs or even more,...

my initial expectation before the release of trailer was around 175-200cr but clash will affect the business as Rushtom has hijacked the hype!!! at the moment 150cr looks like the best case even it runs riot.. As the opening is not going to be 22-24cr which could have easily achievable if the trailer reactions were good!!!

he is mostly reliable on information with respect to Kolkata... All India, I don't know... his prediction sounds reasonable only if both the movies have good wom... i m generally more optimistic with HR movies... if the screen count is 3000 den I will be hopeful of it to touch or surpass 20 cr on day 1

20cr is way too much

we should be happy with 15cr and hope the film reviews and WOM does the trick

I am back. So, I will watch this movie with expectations much lower. Which can be a good thing.

After the first promo, I was so disappointed, but I saw 2 doco-grapgy on Mohenjo Daro and realised that AG is not far fetched from the reality of the time.. and rest is poetic liberty.

I loved the first song, didnt like the title but liked the 3rd one. Its all so linear.. like nothing new after watching the promo.

Hr's dialog delivery is also so been there- heard that.. and still something different. Actions and esp. the floods had been left for imagination.

I think.. AG has given us what to expect.. and left everything else for big screen.

Knowing HR has done widest spectrum of roles for larger than life hero-who happens to be next-door-guy, this one is a tough one.

Is that the flood that wiped out MD sanskriti all together and make paving ways for Aryan invasion..

Be sure of Amitabh's narration..

I am watching it FSDS. Afterall, HR takes risks, I can at least watch it and support.

BO does matter for a biggie. 210 Crs lieftime. My prediction.. yes its all India. World \wide is illusion as I have always believed.

If not for a clash, it wuld have been close to 300 Crs. Coz there is something about the floods..

As the D day approches, more n more VFX thrills will be given on small screens.. mostly about that flood.. of the 2 hour movie, 45 minutes are in backdrop of that floods.

It;s a thriller before you know it.. and it ends with asking for more.. There is already an idea for triology..

agree to that...Rustom has the hype...even if the trailer reactions would have been good it would b tough to say that the opening would have been 22cr as it's clashing with another star's film on a non-holiday...
