Kareena got senti over HR but he left her for his wife Suzanne ... he just doesn't wants to bother facing her again because he doesn't needs to .. I doubt Kareena would have bothered to sign Shuddhi and work with HR if she was doing well in her career and had better films in hand .. heck she never bothered to work with him in the past decade .. it's only now that she is all lost that she agreed to work with him because she had to keep her ego (maybe self-respect) aside for her career's sake. On the other hand, HR is doing alright for himself .. he is not in a situation where he would need to compromise. Hence, he doesn't cares.

Kareena is not the sort to treat people any better when she is on her high ... heck she never bothered about Shahid all these years ... Hrithik is no saint (for all the humility drama he puts up) either .. they all have their egos and nobody wants to care about the other unless there is a real need.

I say Kareena has enough money, she should start her own production house .. I don't get why can't Saif produce a film for her. Maybe even he knows that she isn't commercially that viable anymore. But we all saw how even Sridevi (who is much older and was forgotten) made a good comeback with an awesome script. That is what Kareena should do. She doesn't needs to wait for some hero to do her any favors by working with her. She is a good actor (a bit snobbish person though). A little check on her crappy attitude, a good director and script can help her put her career to the right track. She just needs to get herself grounded and not get carried away with her Saifu's nawabi attitude. Not that she has ever been better but being with Saif has totally taken her high-headedness to a new level.

Back to Hrithik-Kareena, I don't get why she can't be friends with her ex-s. PC seems really kool in this area .. she just knows the social skills of doing the right thing .. she is smart and shrewd. Kareena is really high-headed and puts up that strong arrogant front to avoid showing the real hurt and insecurity.

Just days before he filed for divorce from estranged wife Sussanne Roshan, Hrithik Roshan held a pool-side bash but allegedly left Kareena Kapoor Khan and husband Saif Ali Khan out from his invite list.
According to DNA India, since Kareena walked out of Karan Johar's Shuddhi', things have gone frosty between the two actors. The report adds while Vivek Oberoi, Shahid Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Bipasha Basu, and Priyanka Chopra were invited to the pool party in Florida after the IIFAs, Hrithik forgot to invite Bebo and the Chhote Nawab.
This has resulted in various rumours about what has gone wrong between Hrithik and Kareena, who had recently patched up and decided to work together for Shuddhi'. Roshan too has always had a good bond with Saif.

Did Kareena Kapoor and hubby Saif Ali Khan feel snubbed at the recently-concluded IIFA 2014? The couple was not invited at Hrithik Roshan's cool poolside party where several celebs let their hair down post the awards.

Bollywood celebs just love to party! Don't they! Hrithik Roshan, who attended the IIFA 2014 held over the weekend, was also caught up with the celebrations and decided to throw an impromptu after-party and called as many Bollywood celebs present there, except Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan.

According to sources, it was surprising to notice that Hrithik chose not to invite Kareena with whom he recently called truce only to team up for Karan Johar's Shuddhi. The two may have started shooting for the film by now if Hrithik hadn't walked out of the film.

Sources further claim that even those present at the party were talking about their exclusion. Hrithik's pool party was attended by Vivek Oberoi, Shahid Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Bipasha Basu, Priyanka Chopra and many others.

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were also relatively upset for not being allotted front row seats at the award function. It's being said that the couple arrived for the event and left after staying for a few minutes.
