From what I understand:

- he's the best looking actor of his generation
- stylish, fittest
- did do good work till 2000
- is not pretentious
- his life's mostly an open book, the good, the bad - everything's out there
- is comfortable in his own skin, is not at all self conscious onscreen
- has tremendous screen presence
- does simplest things with elan, this is why even if he is adjusting belt or playing with his shirt collar in name of dance it clicks with people
- be it movies or interviews, he keeps it simple, so he clicks with aam junta
- he's dated the best looking women, gotten into scandals yet does lot of charity and nice work, is devoted to his family too so it makes him an enigma of sorts and commands attention/curiosity
