I think they mean in the neighborhood not exactly their neighbours. And Jalsa is a five minute walk away from the beach, so could be plausible.

Well, isn't a 50 crore bungalow too cheap & small for Tina Ambani (If the ex-actress industrialist's wife is Tina). If the blind is really talking about Deepika then the industrialist's wife can be that heroine of Swades, not an Ambani.
Edit: & who'd call Ranveer a rich boyfriend? His dad is rich; he isn't. Besides, Ranveer's dad is a small-fry among rich and famous people of Mumbai.

If you put it that way (50 crore being too less for Tina), I don't think any Bollywood actress can compete with the Ambanis. 😆So yes maybe it's not Tina, someone else.
