its high time he needs to take a break from masala movies and needs to balance his movies selection with comedy ones like garam masala,hera pheri , and good scripts ones like special 26,OMG etc..otherwise audience are getting bored of him doing the same repeatative movies again and again... plus once in a year he shouldn't do more then 2 films... i remember a joke - Aamir takes to finalize the script of a movie...Akshay Kumar shoots and releases 2 movies 😆

Simply too many movies...should only do 2 movies a year...i m sure holiday will do well as there is lot of gap between his last and this one...akki rocks.

Too many movies with the same genre. I think he should select different genres and space them out

He should do more comedy stuff cuz I enjoy him the most in that genre

his one movie flops n within a week next movie's promo start coming. i cant differentiate his one movie from the other. he gives importance to quantity rather than quality.

Special 26, OUTIM, OMG, Rowdy rathore (which got him back to action) were very much different, and 2012 he had a brilliant year, 2013 not so great apart from Special 26, so be patient.

Nothing went wrong with Akshay. He has never been the method actor types who do one movie in a year. He has always been like the typical bollywood action/comedy hero of the masala movies that were made in 90s. He always has a mixed bag of movies .. some with good scripts and some with no scripts. But he has survived so far and he will survive in the future too. With those good looks and that comic timing, he isn't going anywhere.
